If your artwork does not match the piece confirmed before shipping, we will offer a full refund or a replacement—your choice.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork, but if it arrives damaged, you have the option of receiving a free replacement or a full refund.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please send us clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. This will help us ensure the quickest resolution.

Custom Artwork Policy:

Custom orders—whether custom colors or sizes—are tailored specifically to your preferences. Because these pieces are unique, we cannot accept returns after delivery.

Before shipping, we will always send you a photo or video of your custom artwork for confirmation. If you need to make any changes before shipment, please let us know right away.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any artwork you purchase, allowing you to return it for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

Important Return Conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your artwork.

Once your return request is approved, you will have an additional 7 calendar days to send the artwork back.

The artwork must be in original condition and securely packaged (preferably in the original packaging).

If your artwork arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damage and packaging to help us process the claim quickly. If the packaging appears inadequate, please repackage the artwork securely for return and include photos for insurance purposes.

Tip: Please be careful when unpacking your artwork, as we want to ensure it stays in perfect condition.

Refund Processing time:

Within 7 Calendar Days after we received the returned package.

Refund Exceptions:

If you are returning an artwork based on personal preference (e.g., it doesn’t match your space or style), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

For non-quality-related returns, we will refund the item price, but insurance costs are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I Refuse Delivery?

If you change your mind while your package is in transit, we ask that you do not refuse delivery. Refusing delivery or failing to collect the package can complicate the return process. Once the artwork has shipped, please wait until it arrives, and then reach out to us if you wish to return it.

If your package is not delivered due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect address, failure to pick up, refusal to accept the delivery), we will not be able to process a refund.
