📦 1. Returns & Exchanges Overview
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

🔍 2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for damaged/incorrect items.
Step 2: Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (damage, packaging, etc.)
- Video unboxing (if claiming shipping damage)
Step 3: We’ll email return instructions within 48 hours.
⚠️ Note: Unauthorized returns (without approval) will not be refunded.
🚚 3. Shipping & Costs
- Free return shipping for damaged/incorrect items (we provide a prepaid label).
- Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns.
- Recommended carriers: FedEx, UPS, or DHL (with tracking + insurance).

- Monitor/screen differences may affect how colors appear. Request color swatches before ordering if concerned.
5.3 International Returns
- Customers are responsible for customs fees on returned items.
